Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery of the order to the shipping address provided. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package where applicable, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-shipped.

Subject to the terms of our Refund Policy, eligible products may be returned or exchanged within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, customized, personalised, made-to-order, discounted, promotional, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly supplied.
